Sylvia’s primary responsibilities are the development long term key business relationships at the operational levels with clients by positioning Okemi’s services to meet customer needs and business strategy for information management; contacting customers to discuss the client's business for contract renewal; preparing costing estimates; initiates sales process; gathering and compiling information; initiation of hand-off documents, coordinating internal resources for data gathering, develops quotes, processing contracts, and delivering proposals for services, etc.
